My name is Will Pittenger. I have been making KMZ sets for Google Earth for a long time. After I starting making those, I wanted overlays for my sets. I was unsatisfied with the accuracy of the images available at Wikimedia Commons. So I started making my own with Inkscape and uploading them. Then I needed a place for anyone that liked my KMZ sets and/or maps to find others. For a while, a simple blog sufficed. But, once I started getting requests, I knew I needed something better. This site is the result. You are welcome to set up an account. Some activities are for registered users only. Take your time poking around and let me know what you think.

New map for Autódromo Viedma in Argentina

If you look closely, you will see 9 extra pit lanes. I added those because I saw sections of pavement that couldn't be used any other way. Some might be historical only, but not all. You can get the SVG here.

Automóvil Club Comodorio Rivadavia KMZ

I made a map overlay for this track. I then added 4 polygons for track layouts, a path for pit road, placemarks for each turn, and more. To that, I added information on not one, but two kart tracks. You can get the KMZ here.

KMZ for Autódromo Aldea Romana de Bahía Blanca

I included a map overlay, 3 polygons for track layouts, a path for pit road, placemarks for each turn, and more. I then added more of the same for a kart track there. That has 19 layouts. You can get the KMZ here.

Track map for Autódromo Aldea Romana de Bahía Blanca in Argentina

At first, I thought I might have problems doing this because the top right of where the map would be, including the entire paddock area, was too blurry. But then I restarted GE and it worked. You can get the SVG here.

Potrero de los Funes Circuit (Argentina) KMZ is ready

This track in Argentina is around the Lake Potrero de los Funes. It is over 6 km in length. Of the tracks I have done, only the Nürburgring Nordschleife ("Northern Loop") and Circuit des 24 Heures du Mans (Le Mans) are longer.

I included a map overlay, two polygons for the original and current versions of the track, a path for pit road, placemarks for each turn, and more.
