Please note the widths of two streets had to be exaggerated somewhat to make the median visible.  You can get the SVG here.

A user requested that I bring it up to date.  When I saw it, I thought I wasn't the author.  But I uploaded it to Wikipedia and found the same map here.  So I guess I did.  You can get the new SVG here.

The resolution here isn't all that great, but it was possible to make a map. I am unsure about some details that don't show up in the existing GE imagery. Worse: The Street View images are even older and don't show the track at all. Still, I might not have been able to do this track without GE having caught it in race configuration.

I included an overlay, polygons for each of the two configurations, turn placemarks, and a path for pit road.  You can get the KMZ set here.
