This circuit in Dubai (part of the United Arab Emirates) has a full-sized track with six layouts, an outdoor karting track, and an indoor karting track. It is also part of a larger facility called Dubai Autoworld which is supposed to include hotels, condos, and a theme park with a racing theme.

Well, San Jose is finally done. Those that follow the sets that I do
know that I typically make a map for Commons and then make a corresponding KMZ set that includes the map as an overlay. Well, this
time, I included, not one, but two map overlays. One is specific to
2005. But in 2006, they swapped Pit Lane and the main straight. So that
was a second map. I also included a lot of notes for things like turns (two sets), streets used, light rail crossings, and more. You can download the KMZ here. |

My name is Will Pittenger. I have been making KMZ sets for Google Earth for a long time. After I starting making those, I wanted overlays for my sets. I was unsatisfied with the accuracy of the images available at Wikimedia Commons. So I started making my own with Inkscape and uploading them. Then I needed a place for anyone that liked my KMZ sets and/or maps to find others. For a while, a simple blog sufficed. But, once I started getting requests, I knew I needed something better.
